This is the IRChelp.org email page. We are independent volunteers who provide help for Internet Relay Chat (IRC). We are NOT affiliated with Mozilla/Firefox (for help with that, click this external link) or any networks, servers, providers, companies, clients, etc.

YOU MUST KNOW YOUR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS or else our replies won't get back to you! If you cannot readily recite your email address (such as john12@something.com) by heart, ask your Internet Service Provider!

Be specific! If you have a connection problem, tell us what IRC program, what IRC network/server/website you're trying, what error messages you see, etc.
